I had a fantastic experience working with The Garage detail driven. I was not overcharged, and expert care was taken to find repairs on my Toyota forerunner that needed to happen.

Jesse and team were helpful, quick, kind, and reasonably priced for Jackson. Having issues with my 03 Tundra, I was quoted an outrageous amount from another shop in town (who also didn’t pick up on other problems these guys saw instantly). A friend referred The Garage (formerly A1) and happy they did!

Excellent service. Appointment scheduled at 1 pm, car finished at 2:30. Friendly competent personnel.

The team at Detail Driven was awesome. They took time to research and try to figure out why my VW 'check engine light' was on. They suspected it could be one of two things, but without more info that VW withholds from non-VW repair places, they suggested going to the dealer. And so smart that they did as the repair was covered under warranty! Saved me money and appreciated their transparency. Thank you Detail Driven! The best !

I was traveling through Jackson, WY with my daughter on our way to Whitefish, MT for a music festival. Our SUV started making horrible noises that made us fear for our safety. We were so lucky and blessed to have found the folks at The Garage who absolutely saved our trip - and kept us safe. Jesse and Pete bent over backwards to accommodate us. They immediately diagnosed the problem (a faulty wheel bearing), found the part nearby (Idaho Falls), arranged for the part to be delivered the same day, and completed the work within 24 hours. Jesse even arranged for us to get a rental car in the meantime at a special rate, and drove us to the rental car location to pick it up. Overall, the service was fast, the work was performed expertly, the price was fair, and they did everything within their power to help us stay on schedule and get to our music festival on time. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thanks again to Jesse and Pete for being amazing, honest, helpful, competent human beings who were a pleasure to meet and do business with.

If you love your vehicle and need it worked on, The Garage is the place to go in Jackson, WY. Despite spending PLENTY of money, two other local shops ‘fixed’ the front end of my truck, except they really didn’t and ruined new tires and a wheel bearing. The Garage got it done right, took the time needed, putting it back on the alignment rack multiple times before signing off that it was done. Wish I had gone there first! Thank you Jesse and Pete!

They fit me in during a busy week and kept me posted while they were working on it.

I have taken my 84 Landcruiser to Chris Hughes many times. The work has always been exceptional. This time was no different. I had to replace the radiator, which had a leak along a top seam - an apparent common issue. In the process, they discovered that the thermostat was installed upside down. Interestingly, I had the radiator replaced at a different shop about five years ago, and they did not diagnose or fix the thermostat issue (or perhaps caused the issue by installing it upside down and without a gasket). Praise to Chris and the Garage for providing the work requested, but also identifying related issues that needed to be fixed. I now have heat in the cabin, which was defective for about five years. Driving in cold Jackson winters will now be bearable without having to wear a full winter jacket and hat! Thank you!

This is a great shop, they do very detailed work for reasonable prices, especially for being in Jackson, Wyoming. I had some electrical issues on my 2021 Chevy truck, they were able to trouble shoot and fix the problem. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your Auto mechanical needs!!
